“When a former boyfriend and I were homeless, the Salvation Army refused to help us unless we broke up and left the ‘sinful homosexual lifestyle’ behind. A House Made from Bookshelves Is So Much Better Than A House Made From E-Books via Gizmodo

The homeowner wanted his house, located in Osaka, Japan, to be able to store and showcase all his books on Islamic History. The architectural team that built the house made sure the stairs, windows, desks, etc. were in “geometrical harmony” with the shelving on the walls. Squares, squares and more squares is pretty harmonious I guess.
